Barbara is currently on a grand adventure with one of her sweet daughters. She will be sharing all the details plus lots of photos on that in her Friends & Family Newsletter that will drop later this month.
We know in many ways summer can be “down time” for families. Less tight schedules, more lazy days, and lots of fun in the sun. We definitely make a point to gear down here at Ever Thine Home so we can all enjoy much-needed vacations and slower paces before the hubbub of fall. So what better way to celebrate summer ease than with a giveaway!
We want to give three FREE months of Barbara’s Friends & Family to three of our current free subscribers. That means you will have July and August to catch up on Spoonful of Sugar devotional series, “Growing Older Without Becoming Old” podcast series, and some great Etsy freebies. And then in September ... a sneak peek into the book Barbara is working on!
She has been working diligently on developing a book on disappointment with God. In September we will share a five-part podcast series she did with Dennis as she discusses some of those topics she’s been writing about. It is so good and so much wisdom and encouragement. You don’t want to miss it! She will also share three different excerpts from the book in blog posts that month. She will share one with everyone, but the others will be reserved just for her Friends & Family.
And you can get all that for FREE by simply clicking the comment button and sharing what your favorite post or podcast was this year (or feel free to share a throwback favorite) ... and extra points if you can tell us why. We will announce our three winners July 1. Be sure to let us know by June 30!
We hope your summer is off to a great start and look forward to reading about your favorites.

Sorry friends! The comments were not working. I think I fixed the problem. We will resend or you can comment here...now. - ETH Staff
I don’t understand why we should pay to read something you wrote. In a book that’s different! I post things to try to encourage folks but I don’t expect to be paid. I don’t know of any celebrities or speakers where you have to pay to read their posts. It seems extravagant.
