It’s hard to believe that summer is winding down and at least in the South, the new school year will begin in the next couple of weeks!
I know that some of you have kids that go to a school outside your home, and some of you have kids that go to school at home or through a Co-op, so I wanted to share a few of our Etsy store items as you begin to get your kids ready for the new year.
To help with their confidence, we have “Created in His Image” printables that you can print for your son or daughter to hang in their room or bathroom as a great reminder of “whose” they are.
This time of year many of us need a new calendar to go with the school year. Earlier this year our team created the I AM calendar. We changed it up a little bit to coincide with the school year calendar and be a bright note wherever you hang it. I hope you enjoy!
Lastly, something I started several years ago was to make my home an “Embassy of the King” to remind Dennis and the kids that our home was their safe place. I loved to explain to others when they came over what “Embassy of the King” means and why I have that phrase around our house. Starting August 7, I’ll be doing a 3 part series on making your home an embassy. Be sure to check out my blog in August to read all three of those posts! We also created an “Embassy of the King” stencil so you can create your own artwork or a printable for you to print at home and frame.
Praying with and for you as a new school year begins!
Ever His,
Barbara
