Fall kickoffs, September has flown, and finally pumpkins!

I do not know how the days have marched on so quickly this month. My life has felt exceptionally full, perhaps because our much slower summer meant a bigger adjustment to regular meetings, the return of deadlines, and ministry events.

Fall is the kickoff season for school, football, and most church calendars and events. For us it was the kickoff to teaching a community group of 10 couples in their 40s, speaking at a church marriage kickoff dinner, and the kickoff of my fall semester seminary class.
