This is also the start of our second year with Substack. This platform was created for writers and has been a much better way for us to share my weekly blog, bimonthly podcasts, ebooks, Bible studies and everything else.

As most of you know last year we launched the paid portion of Ever Thine Home known as my Friends’s & Family. Friends & Family is where I share my monthly newsletter that lets you get a sneak peak into what we’ve been up to that month or where I can share about what I’m working on and the plans we have for Ever Thine Home.

Friends’s & Family is also where you can see all the new things I’ve created including the mini devo Spoonful of Sugar that we published last week and what I’m probably most excited about the new podcast series Growing Older Without Becoming Old. In this podcast Dennis and I dive into life post leading FamilyLife. We've spent a lot of time thinking and talking about what this next season of life might look like. Just as we enter all new seasons of our lives with complete naiveté, so we were clueless when we entered our next chapter after FamilyLife.

This is going to be an ongoing series that we will share 5-6 episodes at a time throughout the year. The first 5 episodes will be live this week starting on Monday. The first one is FREE so everyone can listen in. I hope you join us this week and not to just to listen in, but to share how you have navigated the various seasons of your life and share any wisdom or tips you might have for some of our other subscribers.
